Wow, I remember trading with this guy a long, long time ago. That really sucks. It's interesting, to say the least. And I feel for the guy too. I bet he never saw it coming. Nowada is a penek alt, too, I believe.

 

Are you sure this is enough to warrant a mark? The usual minimum is 3 trades, and it isn't like a huge trade.

 

Since it hasn't been three offenses yet, I was thinking more along the lines of a caution tag. The two trades each are around $100 each, and according to the FAQ, they have received a permanent ban on outpost, as well as the two offenses for a permanent caution tag.
