Description:
I found a aussie rl and i was selling some buds for keys on bp.tf classifies. Zoidberg sent me a trade offer for 48 keys and 4 buds but i traded the buds he put in first. After i checked his sr/outpost and bp.tf i noticed he had a aussie rl. for sale on their classifieds.

I sent a note in a trade saying its 6 buds for the aussie rl and 1 bud to change out for 12 keys. i forgot to put the aussie rl in. i received 12 keys when he accepted it. when i went back to the trade history i saw i forgot the aussie rl and the accused has blocked me.

Trade for his aussie rl = TF2 Outpost / Trade

 

Outpost has permanently banned him for this scam now.

 

It literally just happened as well.
I would either like the buds back or the aussie rl. but scam is clear as day and dumb of me to forget to put the aussie rl. but i left it in notes what i was paying for.

Intention to scam is clear as day.

 

Dr. Zoidberg has traded back.

He did not realize that his actions were considered a scam and upon my explaining to him that this was considered a scam he admitted that it was clearly a mistake by monkey but he didn't really think it was a scam. I warned him that he will be banned guaranteed should he not pay back and he did so. I think given the circumstances, he did not realize that he was committing a scam and while he did know he was taking advantage of monkey, he didn't think there was anything "scam-worthy" involved.

i traded it back, i havent thought im scamming, i knew its a mistake by him, but he sent the offer so i thought its ok to accept offers.
Anyways, its back.
i still apologize for my actions.
just want to be un-banned

I'll archive this report as @Dr.zoidberg returned the items back, however if you've been banned on OP etc. you'll have to appeal the ban there.

Main reasons for archiving this are as follows:
-Accused repayed the victim
-Both the victim and accused made an error in this case, the victim accidentally sent the trade offer with items missing on one side, and the accused accepted it without reading the notes etc. or just thinking he'd risk it.
