1) he says he was checking if the hats were duped, this is impossible as Earl had a private backpack.
2) To have checked for dupes he either (a) went to earl's backpack profile or (b) Tf2outpost profile, thus revealing he is marked as a scammer
3) as I have stated above, the accused, through his lies has incriminated himself into knowingly trading with a marked scammer for godtier unusuals
