Why do you think you should be unbanned?

At the time I had not know this user was a scammer. I traded this user CS:GO Items for TF2 items. I was not aware of his ban until the trade had already occurred. I spoke to ForteSP and he was the one who reminded me trading with scammers was not allowed. I told him I acknowledge this and Removed the user from my friends list to prevent any further trades/contact with the user. Since then I have been much more careful about who I trade with and with this being my first offense in over 8 months of beginning trading I'll leave it up to whoever takes as to seeing this appeal to decide if my account should be cautioned. Thanks for the time ​

While I don't believe he wasn't aware of the mark, as the reporter and a relevant party, I'd recommend for him being given his one time downgrade since he does seem relatively genuine and there is ultimately no way to prove that he knew of the tag, as likely (or unlikely) as it may seem.

We remove the caution tags once if the accused person appeals for it.

The tag will be removed once noname has some time.
