What happened? Description:
The accused player had gone on a trade server, and claimed he was hosting a raffle, for a hat. The raffle, was one hat each, with five slots. Sanic the Hedgehog had gave him three hats, while I had gave him two hats, the Milkman, and the Fancy Fedora.​ He soon picked a winner, [SFX]Fox, who didn't even enter the raffle, then ran.

Fox here, I did witness this. Wasn't part of it, but I was there the entire time and saw what happend. "Unusuals are an instant win" Seems legit.

To prove you didn't win anything from the raffle (even though the raffler said you won), can you provide your inventory history to show you didn't receive anything?

EDIT - Just realised, have you got any evidence proving that you sent him the items in return for a place in the raffle (i.e. screenshots of a chat)? A screenshot of your inventory history would also be appreciated.

I missed the trade history, but still theres no evidence that those items were given for the raffle sadly.

 

I don't really have any proof of that.

 

Then I'll have to ask for this to be archived (or whatever) due to the lack of evidence, while I do believe you, we need a ton of evidence to ban someone due to how severe the consequence are for scamming someone. Sorry.

Due to the fact that the victim did not have any proof that the items were sent to enter the raffle and the fact that there are no screenshots of the accused naming a winner for the raffle this report is invalid.
