Description:
This person added me for no particular reason (at least he didn't give any). After showing me earbuds (which I think were/are not his, as his inventory is showing no items) and me declining in buying them, he started to talk to me about some project, in which he gives 'the poor' free Team Fortress 2 items which are donated by others to him and rewards the donators with earbuds (he offered me 10 earbuds if I helped him). He says he gets earbuds, unusuals and even games out of this for the donators. I declined in joining the project, saying that if I know people and they really want a weapon, I sometimes give one for free.

After 20 minutes, while I was busy with this report, he started talking to me again. He asked how many unusuals I had and told me he wanted to give money for them, but he wanted to see them first. He said he could make me rich on steam and asked me which games I wanted. I told him GTA V, Saints Row IV, Kerbal Space Program and Broken Age. He said he'd get me GTA V and Saints Row IV for one of my unusuals. I asked him how he wanted to give me the games, he said by gift. I told him I'd buy the games during a sale because I didn't need them now and I didn't trust him, as I've seen cases of gifts being revoked. I told him he could look on the Community Market for an unusual as he clearly had enough money to buy me GTA and Saints Row. He said he was going crazy, and that'd he'd pay back all the clans that had scammed him with his hack. I asked what happened, he began telling me how he was scammed, then hacked and how he wants to pay the people back. He told me if I could give him one unusual, he could trade it for another and he'd be very happy. He'd give the games I wanted on his birthday. I told him I didn't want to gamble using unusuals because they're worth quite some money. He then said he'd just go and scam for unusuals and asked me if I really thought he'd scam me for an unusual. I told him I didn't know him and that he asked to give an unusual, and that I don't give unusuals away for free to people I don't know. He offered me a bud and wanted to trade, which I declined.
