Description:

The person by the name LynX approached me and had commented on my profile beforehand that he required a middleman. So two days later when he's online I accept his friend invite and he explains that he wants me to middleman for a cs:go knife he claimed to be valued at around $350 (Some sort of tiger claw knife with a well-worn exterior).
Later, his trade partner arrives and soon enough LynX sends me a trade request to hold the knife, but the trade window never appears for me and afterwards Lynx begins to accuse me of scamming and so does Death. As I explain to them that it is impossible to finish a trade seeing as I was unable to confirm it, Lynx drops a faked image of him and I trading where it shows him giving "Lewd Jozzeh" the knife.

Afterwards he claims he "found the real scammer" after supposedly realizing the group scam attempt had failed.

 

Sigh.
Sad...

"Lewd Jozzzeh". He had ONE job. Couldn't even spell it right.
Anyway, sad indeed.

 

Guys please don't post in scam reports unless you have actual information to add.

 

I just realized the typo on the impersonator.

It's also laughable how Lynx went "OMG I FOUND THE SCAMMER", as if pure magic happened.

 

This is going to be Merged into the report.
