What's the specified reason?

A dear friend loaned me a few keys. I lost my job and had to go to rehab. I could not pay him back in his time limit. He aded rediculous amount of tax. ​

Why do you think you should be unbanned?

Well, I did give him the original loaned amount. I have not give him back , "his so called interest". I did make the effort to fix it when I got back on my feet. ​
