Please make the following corrections to your report.
- All screenshots must be uploaded to Fortress of Gamers - File Hosting , not other sites like imgur.com.
- Screenshots of the Namehistory taken from the Steam Client is required
- Profile and Namehistory screenshots taken from the Steam Client MUST show the user's SteamID64, NOT their CustomURL

Here are the steps on how to show SteamID64 rather than CustomURL in the Steam Client:
1) Copy the user’s SteamID64 (type /namehistory at the end of the URL)
2) Paste it and send it through Steam chat to a friend or alt
3) Open the link within Steam chat
