Do you already have Admin Experience?
Yes. Both on f-o-g's servers as an admin on surf & zombie escape, being a forum support, headadmin & middleman for fps-gaming.org, and running my own communities in cs:s, cs:go & garrysmod, and helping out getting rid of scammers & hackers for zombienetwork.net a few years back. Also been admin on a few servers here and there elsewhere.

What experience do you have when it comes to scams and handling scam reports?
The best & worst experience i got, was back a year ago, when i got scammed myself for quite a lot. I learned a lot about paypal, and how people could use their systems to easily get their money back after a deal was made. From then, i was cautious with everything i did. That's really the core reason why i want to help out.
Other than that, i have experienced friends losing their items to impersonators, bots, scamming sites offering "the best of the best of gambling", csgolounge scammers showing factory new items & then trading a value lower than that (you probably know this one very well).

Handling reports has almost been a part time job for communities I've been at, especially at places like fps-gaming.org, where i used to be the one handling all reports, refunds & appeals. I was the one who categorized everything into the right sections, & giving them the right topics when the case was finished, invalid, or needed review. I'm not doing this for them anymore, if you take a look at their forum (you need to register), you will see how fucked up it all looks after i left them. Nothing is in order or in the right sections.

I take a lot of pride in handling everything the best i can. You can, as an example, look at my bans history on SourceBans, where i try to explain everything that happened, & why that person got banned, I only missed 1 i think. This is to make it easier for future cases which might be brought up again. Other than that I'm trying my best to be respectful, and not take anyone's side in discussions.

How experienced are you with what constitutes as a scam?
Very, at least that's what i like to think myself. I'm sure i haven't seen all the types of scams, but i have seen enough to know when people are acting fishy.
Feel like i answered this in the question above.

    - Thank you for reading, & i hope you take me into consideration.
