Description:
At the beginning I didn't know steam gifts can get revoked. I had an offer to buy Fallout 4 for TF2 keys on tf2outpost, he saw that and added me. He offered the game for 12 keys, he gifted it to me, I accepted it, he sent me a steam offer requesting 12 keys, I confirmed the offer. He wanted me to give him +rep on his steam profile, then he wanted me to add another person who was too scared to trade with him and talk to them, after reading on the matter I discovered gifts can be revoked, when I wrote about it he unfriended and blocked me. Then I tried contacting his victims, got five confirmations that he is a scammer (I have chat screenshots of two of them) and encouraged them to report him via the steam community.

Originally reported him one month ago on SteamRep, now I have requested the report there to be closed. I have already purchased Fallout 4 during the time after the scam, so I can't provide new screenshots of my library.
