Description: User added me to buy 23 keys, had no rep but had nearly 3000 hours between Dota 2 and CS:GO, 96 games and 2+ year old steam account. Charged the payment back the next day. Since they sent it through goods and services I will be contesting this case with PayPal as I can prove that I have provided the goods agreed, but regardless the user has attempted a chargeback scam and deserves to be marked.
